Fargo to teach legal ed course for legislators, lawyers

Anthony Fargo,  director of the Center for International Media Law and Policy Studies, will teach a Continuing Legal Education course on First Amendment issues for legislators and lawyers employed by state government on Oct. 23 at the Indiana Statehouse in Indianapolis.
The title of the course is “Citizens United and Alvarez: Building a Better First Amendment or Eroding Its Foundations?” The course is sponsored by the Indiana Legislative Services Agency. This is the third straight year that Fargo has been asked to teach a CLE course to legislators and state government attorneys.
