Fargo author of article on anonymity as legal right

Associate professor Anthony L. Fargo is the co-author of “Anonymity as a Legal Right: Where and Why It Matters,” which explores the increasingly complex body of law protecting those who communicate anonymously online from a global perspective.
The article published in the North Carolina Journal of Law and Technology. Co-author is Jason Martin, PhD’11, now an assistant professor at DePaul University.
Part of the article is based on research that Fargo conducted as an academic visitor at the University of Oxford in the summer 2013.
